I was proud to contribute to an important local initiative: the Queens Cultural Mapping Initiative released earlier this year.
Flushing Town Hall led this first-of-its-kind project, which was aimed at documenting the borough’s dynamic artistic and cultural landscape. Through research and a corresponding digital map, the project celebrates the rich contributions of the Queens arts community, and I was honored to be one of the 150 artists interviewed for the resulting report.
